Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining control of your account access.
Service scope
ResumeIQ helps users create, manage, and export resume content, but it does not guarantee job interviews, hiring outcomes, or recruiter responses.
Using the service
ResumeIQ is provided as a software service for building, importing, refining, and exporting resume content. You may use it only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not damage the product, interfere with other users, or bypass access controls.
You agree not to reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, abuse authentication or payment flows, upload malicious files, or use the platform to violate intellectual property, privacy, employment, or fraud laws.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for the information you provide through account creation, login flows, resume uploads, saved resume content, and payment-related actions. You should use accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You retain responsibility for the resume content you create or upload. That includes confirming that your materials are accurate, lawful, and appropriately owned or licensed by you.
Payments and access
ResumeIQ currently uses a one-time free download allowance and one-time paid plans that unlock a fixed number of PDF downloads for a stated validity period. Paid access is not described in the product as an always-on recurring subscription.
Pricing, currencies, provider choice, and access rules may vary by region or payment provider. Razorpay may impose its own payment terms, verification checks, or restrictions.
No guarantee of outcomes
ResumeIQ is a tool for creating resumes, not a guarantee of hiring results. We do not promise interviews, job offers, higher response rates, immigration outcomes, or recruiter preference.
Suggestions, templates, and formatting guidance are provided to support the writing and presentation process, but you remain responsible for the final content you choose to send.
Suspension, termination, and policy changes
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, security violations, payment misuse, or conduct that puts the service or other users at risk.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When material changes are made, the updated page date will change and the new terms will apply from the posted effective version.
